Clipping in a MOFRA weft

How to wear your MOFRA extensions

  1. Brush & section. Brush out any tangles, then take a horizontal section across the back of your head at the nape, from ear to ear. Twist the rest of your hair up and clip it out of the way.
  2. Add grip (optional). If your hair is fine or freshly washed, lightly backcomb the roots along the part, or mist a little texturising spray, so the clips have something to hold onto.
  3. Start with the widest weft. Take the 4-clip weft, open all the clips, and rest it along the part about a centimetre below your section. Snap the centre clip in first, then close the two on the sides.
  4. Work your way up. Let down a new horizontal section two to three centimetres higher and clip in the next weft. Continue up through the set, moving to the narrower wefts, keeping each one a little in from your hairline so it stays hidden.
  5. Frame your face. Use the small 1- and 2-clip wefts at the upper sides and temples for seamless volume around your face.
  6. Blend & style. Release your own hair over the wefts, brush everything through together, then curl or straighten as usual so your hair and extensions become one.

Your set has 7 seamless wefts of graduated widths. Work from the nape upward, starting with the widest weft (4 clips) at the bottom and finishing with the narrowest (1 clip) near the crown.

Finding your shade

Match the extensions to the ends of your hair, not your roots. For our Ombré, match the root section to your natural root colour, the sun-kissed ends blend softly whatever your base. Not sure? Send us a photo of your hair in natural light and we will recommend your best match.
