Our return policy

We want you to love your MOFRA extensions. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

30-day returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• For hygiene reasons, we can only accept unopened products with the hygiene seal intact, in their original MOFRA packaging

How to return

1. Contact us first through our Contact page or by email, with your order number
2. We review your request and send you the return instructions and the return address
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Opened, worn, washed, colored or styled extensions cannot be returned or refunded, as they can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
