SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship across the United States. Orders to other destinations are handled case by case, please contact us first.

DELIVERY TIME
Your order arrives within 10 to 15 business days from the day it is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on every order.

PHONE NUMBER
A valid phone number is required at checkout. The carrier uses it to reach you if delivery cannot be completed, and an order without a reachable number can be delayed or returned to sender.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way to you. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active on the carrier's website. Between scans, updates can pause for a day or two. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost. If you have any doubt, email us and we check it for you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch, charged at cost.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders delivered within the United States are shipped from within the country. There are no customs duties or import charges for you to pay.

LATE OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days, email contact@mofraparis.com with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed until it is resolved.
